CAN I RETURN A FIREARM, OPTICS OR AMMO?
All Firearm, optics, and ammo sales are final. 

WE OFFER LIFETIME WARRANTIES ON OUR FIREARMS, UNLESS IT IS USER ERROR.  

ACCESSORIES AND APPAREL

If you are pregnant, you will not be permitted to participate in any course that involves, shooting at any of our indoor/outdoor shooting ranges.

Cancellation/Alteration
If it is necessary for Spartan Defense to cancel/postpone a course, for whatever reason, we will either refund your tuition in full or move you to the next available course. The option is yours.

Student Cancellation/Alteration

1. If you need to cancel more than 30 days prior to the start date, we will either refund your tuition less a $50 booking fee, or move you to a course that better suits your schedule.
2. If you need to cancel your registration between 30 days and 2 weeks prior to the course start date, we will either refund your tuition less a 50% penalty, or, move you to a later course.
3. Should you need to cancel less than 2 weeks prior to the course start date, there is no refund.  You can, however, re-schedule to a future class.  Costs are as follows:

• $35 re-booking fee for classes $115 or less
• $100 re-booking fee for classes $116 or more

A RE-SCHEDULE, CANCELATION OR NO-SHOW ON THE DAY OF TRAINING WILL FORFEIT 100% OF THE CLASS FEE.  NO EXCEPTIONS, NO CREDITS.  YOU MUST CANCEL IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE STATED POLICY PRIOR TO THE CLASS DAY.
