Layaway Program

Deposit and Payment Terms A 30% non-refundable deposit of the total purchase price (including tax) is required to initiate. Agreements are valid for 60 days. Full payment must be received by the 60th day.

Forfeiture and Inventory Release Failure to remit the full balance by the expiration date will result in immediate cancellation. Items return to inventory, and the initial 30% deposit is forfeited.

Item Eligibility Only in-stock inventory is eligible. Special Orders are strictly excluded from the layaway program.

Terms of Extension Terms may be extended to the next available tier only upon request. Additional deposit amounts must be paid prior to the original expiration date to qualify.

Documentation and Verification A copy of a valid Driver’s License or State ID will be retained. Matching identification must be presented at the time of final pickup; no items will be released without it.

Cancellation and Refund Policy If not completed, all payments (excluding the non-refundable deposit) are issued as Store Credit only.

• No cash, check, or credit card refunds.
• Store credit must be requested in person at our Barnes Rd location.
• Credit not claimed within 30 days of expiration is forfeited as an administrative fee.

Account Restrictions Customers with overdue balances or pending expired accounts are ineligible to initiate new layaway agreements.
